logic bug fixed: 

just in time created worlds could miss player object (so map is not playable, engine get stuck to this map, as map to continue)

so, now there is a check if player object is needed in proc map or not, if check is positive, system gets the first entry in the biome list/object list   (.... xxxx.area)

this is for the player object, so actually the only object you have to set in the first line of the definition file is the player object, all other objects can be listed in random order

wrong handling of the  "procedural" world flag, caused in blured screen, not instandly loading the new map, idle/loop blured text,

now flag is reset and set correctly

proc maps and maps switching corectly and fast, no delay

fixed bug: BIOME selection for  realtime procedural maps could cause wrong map size 

biome listing uses index for each biome to get control for selection of realtime procedural map

fixed bug that caused identical map data for all relatime random procedural maps  (changed from name = Hex(date()) to Hex(date()+elapsedmilliseconds())

makes shure to get unique random procedural maps for each entrypoint

extended 512*512 areas for realtime random procedural maps

destination now creates (if not already created):

proc world (map data)

proc world going home data (same name as map data, but without any suffix)

this file stores: the home map, player started to enter the proc map

new object type in AI42 :

for  "home" object, it is similar to the exit/travel agent objects, but with just one feature:

to teli the engine, to check if there is a way home (the home map, from where player started to enter the proc map)
